Recently renovated to a high standard, Paparouna is set on a hillside terrace just below Alonissos Old Town. Both the upstairs balcony and the garden terraces have privacy and dramatic views down the valley to Patitiri harbour and across the open sea to the islands of Ta Dio Adelfia.

The nearby forested area of Kato Horafi is wonderful for walking and watching the graceful Eleonora falcons circling overhead.

Furnished with a tasteful combination of antique and contemporary furniture, the house has been extensively modernized. The spacious rooms open onto flagstone verandas and terraces shaded by roses and bougainvillea.

The old town of Alonissos, perched on a hilltop with dramatic sea views and teeming with cafes, restaurants and interesting shops is only a 15 minute walk away from Villa Eos.

Added to our holiday programme in 2016, Villa Eos is a new property which makes the most of its elevated hillside position. From the private grounds, swimming pool and first floor balconies, there are dramatic views over the port of Patitiri and onwards towards the twin islets of Ta Dio Adelfia (the two brothers) and Persitera island. The sunrises here are fabulous and worth getting up for (even if only once) during your holiday.

Note: Villa Eos is located next to Villa Selene. The properties can be sold as one unit to accommodate a party of 10 people.

Villa Tassoula stands amongst olive groves in a valley behind Lefto Yalo Bay. Lefto Yalo beach, just a three minute walk away, has pure white pebbles and crystal clear waters. Two tavernas are set back a few metres away from the beach.

Fifty metres away from Neptune Cottage, the villa has dramatic views over the valley of pine and olive trees. This is a spacious and comfortably furnished retreat surrounded by ample terraces.

Villa Manolia is a spacious, modern and comfortable home offering peace and privacy.

The villa has dramatic views up to the Old Town, set on a hilltop, and over olive groves to the stretch of sea between Alonissos and Skopelos.

A turning off the main road to the Old Village leads to the forested area of Kato Chorafi, with Villa Manolia set back off this road, next to an old track to the beach of Megalos Mourtias.

Tastefully furnished, Villa Manolia has a variety of sitting areas both inside and outside. Terraces and gardens surround the villa and incorporate a shaded dining area and outside kitchen, including barbecue beside the swimming pool.
