Just a few metres away from the sea and two small beaches, the Limonari Villas look out to the island of Kalamos, the mountains of the Greek mainland and along Meganissi’s east coast. Set on separate levels of the hillside, each of the three villas has a large sea-facing pool terrace with stunning, uninterrupted views. The pool areas do not overlook another. A small, secluded beach is a one minute walk away and a larger beach is a three minute walk away. Katomeri, a drive of five minutes, has a bakery and a few tavernas. Vathy is a drive of ten minutes and has three supermarkets, four waterside tavernas, a pizzeria and ouzeri.

Villa Kallisti is the latest addition to our programme from the owner of two of our most popular villas – Dafni and Eleni. It is a five minute walk from the charming village of Spartohori. The views from the extensive terrace and pool area are over the Bay of Spilia and to the mainland beyond. The villa has it’s own private entrance from a narrow lane and, for those who know the area, Kallisti is slightly closer to the village.
It is in a quiet, rural position, surrounded by olive trees yet only a five minute walk to the tiny hilltop village with its narrow streets of cobblestone and whitewashed houses bordered by flowers. A further 10 minute walk from the village brings you to the little fishing port of Spilia with its two waterfront tavernas and sheltered beach. Many other beaches can be reached using the local boat hire service.

Shamballa is just a fifteen-minute walk from the small port of Vathy, one of the island’s two ports on the north coast.
Bordered by olive and pines trees, the villa has a secluded hillside position overlooking a sheltered bay and across the sea to the mountains on the Greek mainland and is a five-minute walk from the nearest beach. Abelaki Bay has two good tavernas just above the water.
Shamballa has been built and designed to the exacting standards of a British couple who have searched the Ionian islands for a hidden spot to have comfort, privacy, a surrounding natural and beautiful landscape and dramatic views of the sea.
